Explanation:
The Police Department, the Public Utilities Department, the Office of Parking and the Department of Parks, Recreation and Cultural Arts require a contract for Uniformed, Armed and Unarmed Security Guard Services at their facilities.
Bid Number F-4551-17-PB was created and posted in BidSync on March 23rd, 2017 for Armed and Unarmed Security Services.
Regions Security Services Inc was awarded a contract for a two (2) year initial term and three one-year renewals.
City stakeholders have recommended termination for convenience of the Regions Security Services Inc contract.
Pro Secur was found to be the next lowest responsible responsive bid for Bid F-4551-17-PB.
