Explanation:
Broward County requests Site Plan approval for a communication tower located at Southwest 49th Court (West Hollywood).
This item is presented with companion item 18-PZ-48, a change in zoning designation from C-3 (Medium Intensity Commercial District) to GU (Government Use District). In an effort to save on printing costs and eliminate unnecessary duplication, attachments for all items presented in tandem will only be provided with the companion item.
As determined by the Zoning and Land Development Regulations, the Planning and Development Board makes a recommendation to the City Commission for Design and Site Plan.
At the September 6, 2018 Planning and Development Board meeting the Board forwarded a recommendation of denial vote (0-6) to the City Commission.
