MD Now Medical Centers, LLC was approved by City Commission R-2015-192 for a three year period at an estimated annual amount of $79,750.00 by Blanket Purchase Order B002718 for Occupational Health Services.
MD Now Medical Centers, LLC BPO B002718 expired on July 7, 2018.
Pursuant to Procurement Code Section 38.48 (B), the City Manager approved PR 18-205 extending occupational health services through October 31, 2018.
Procurement Services is seeking Commission approval for an additional ninety day extension while the follow-on award is going through the procurement process of being awarded.
RFP 4598 18 PB has been Posted to Bidsync on September 9, 2018 and closed on October 4, 2018, and the expected award date for the follow-on occupation health services is scheduled for December 2018.
MD Now Medical Centers, LLC continues to provide satisfactory and timely services.
Under Procurement Code 38.48 (C)(1), only the City Commission is authorized to approve any subsequent extension.
