Explanation:

The Hollywood Art and Culture Center, Inc. (HACC) has the capability of providing cultural services to the public through its visual arts, performing arts and educational programming.

 

HACC has been providing cultural services and has been a recipient of previous appropriations for such services.

 

The City of Hollywood is desirous of entering into a new agreement with HACC to provide said services for fiscal year 2019.

 

Funding for the programming services has been appropriated and exists in Account No. 01.3167.00000.572.003117.
