Explanation:
Budgetary transfers are necessary and needed to resolve budget variances among various personnel services and operating accounts. This resolution sets forth the Fiscal Year 2018 year-end budgetary transfers for the Beach district of the Hollywood CRA, as may be needed.
As detailed in the attached Exhibit to the Resolution, certain identified accounts may have exceeded budget appropriations in the course of operations during FY 2018. As a result, budget transfers are necessary to offset and balance the identified budget variances. Sufficient budgetary resources are available from other accounts in the FY 2018 Operating Budget of the Beach district for the proposed budget transfers.
