Explanation:

Notbychance, Inc. operates a commercial retail facility located At 1321 South 30th Avenue and has maintained a Right-of-Way License Agreement (License) since 2001 for the use of the right-of-way to provide parking for its customers and employees.  The subject right-of-way consists of seventeen (17) parking spaces on the west side of South 30th Avenue directly across from the business.  The current License expires on October 1, 2018 and Notbychance, Inc. has requested a new License for the continued use of the right-of-way.

 

The attached agreement provides for a four (4) year term based on a first year annual fee of $6,876.43 (seventeen spaces at $31.80 per space per month plus applicable 6% rental tax) payable quarterly in advance and subject to annual/yearly prevailing market rate adjustments, if any.
