Explanation:
In order to comply with Florida Statute 287.055, the City of Hollywood Community Redevelopment Agency issued an RFQ for Professional Environmental Engineering Services for the Adams Street Site Assessment. As part of the due process, an evaluation committee consisting of in-house staff was formed to review and evaluate the firms that submitted statements of qualification.
Six firms responded to the RFQ. As part of the evaluation analysis, it was determined that due to the specific scope of services, oral presentations were not required. Upon the conclusion of the evaluation process, the evaluation committee ranked the firms in the following order:
1. E Sciences, Inc.
2. Langan Engineering and Environmental Services, Inc.
3. Terracon Consultants, LLC
4. GFA International, Inc.
5. Absolute Civil Engineering Solutions, LLC
6. Nova Engineering and Environmental, LLC
