Staff Recommends: Approval of the Resolution.

Explanation:

Under the provisions of City of Hollywood Charter §2.04(d), the City Commission may determine its own rules of procedure.  On June 4, 2014, the City Commission passed Resolution No. R-2014-129, which is the latest version of its rules of procedure.  The City Commission desires to amend its rules of procedure to allow a majority of the City Commission members to request that staff address issues and place items on the agenda.
