Explanation:
The Parking Division requires web hosting and Extend-By-Phone services for the original 2016 purchase of 108 Multi-space Pay Stations and the 2017 purchase of 45 additional Multi-space Pay Stations. The vendor, T2 Systems, is unable to separate the services for each purchase so the Parking Division is requesting the two blanket purchase orders for web hosting and Extend-By-Phone services be combined into one purchase order to better manage the costs created by multiple billings from the same vendor.
