Explanation:
The City of Hollywood is the owner of a 4,474 square foot building at 5731 Pembroke Road and adjacent 25' wide vacant parcel, which have been operated as a day care facility known as the Sue Gunzburger-Washington Park Child Care Center. Sue Gunzburger-Washington Park Child Care Center is partially impacted by a 100-year Flood Zone. Therefore, The City of Hollywood desires to secure coverage for a flood insurance product for a not to exceed amount of $1,000.00.
On April 17, 2013, through RFP 4344-13-IS and Resolution R-2013-086, the City designated as its Broker of Record, Arthur J. Gallagher Risk Management Services.
