Explanation:
Fire Station No. 45 is under construction and is on schedule for completion in summer 2018.
Concurrent with the construction of the new facility, FPL shall provide all-new new electrical service, to include the installation of a new utility pole and underground utilities leading to a new transformer. The attached utility easement shall guarantee FPL unimpeded access to the new electric service.
