Staff Recommends: Approval of Ordinance

 

 

Explanation:

Over the last few months, staff from the City Manager’s Office, City Attorney’s Office, Police Department, and Public Works met to review existing noise regulation.   The proposed changes are to better preserve the tranquility of single family residential neighborhoods citywide.
