Explanation:
The current AAAC now consists of thirteen members and three alternates.
Members of the AAAC must reside or work in the City of Hollywood, be of African American descent, and/or have extensive knowledge and interest in the African American community.
Currently there are seven member vacancies on the AAAC and two vacant alternate positions.

Shiv Newaldass, Chief Development Officer/Interim Director of the Department of Development Services
Clay Milan, Community Development Division Manager
