Explanation:
City of Hollywood Unsafe Structures Board is comprised of nine members, including a Registered Engineer, Registered Architect, General Contractor, Electrical Contractor, Attorney at Law, Plumbing Contractor, Real Estate Appraiser, Real Estate Property Manager, and a Citizen with experience and background in the field of social problems.
Each member serves a three year term. Terms are staggered so that three positions expire each year.
The positions expiring this year are the Registered Architect held by William Campanella, the Electrical Contractor held by John Lipka, the Attorney at Law held by Heather Harmon and the Real Estate Property Manager held by Jan Lederman.
It is requested that this item be placed on the City Commission Agenda to advise the Commission these applications have been received for the open positions.
