The Department of Public Utilities requires an agreement for the removal and disposal of debris from the lift station wet wells and the Wastewater Treatment Plant.
On November 28, 2017, Bid Number F-4568-18-RL - Removal and Disposal of Debris from the Lift Station Wet Wells and the WWTP was electronically advertised via Bidsync in accordance with the City's Purchasing Ordinance, Section 38.42 (A).
Bidsync successfully electronically invited 2,353 potential vendors.
On November 29, 2017, Procurement Services sent invitation emails to 12 prospective vendors notifying them of the bid.
As of the solicitation due date, 67 potential vendors viewed the solicitation on bidsync.
