Explanation:
The South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD) celebrates the month of April as “Water Conservation Month.” April is typically a dry month when water demands are most heightened, and it is important to call upon the citizens and businesses of the City of Hollywood to practice water saving measures and become more aware of the need to save water.
The proclamation will be accepted by Ms. Lorraine Mayers of the South Florida Water Management District.
The proclamation will be presented at the April 4, 2018 City Commission meeting.
