Explanation:
On February 18, 2015, the City Commission passed and adopted Resolution No. R-2015-042 which authorized City Officials to negotiate and execute agreements with the three highest ranked firms for Architectural Design Services. The firms were:
• Bermello Ajamil & Partners, Inc.
Fort Lauderdale, FL
• Synalovski Romanik Saye LLC.
Fort Lauderdale, FL
• Saltz Michelson Architects, Inc.
Fort Lauderale, FL
The negotiated agreements were for initial three year terms with the right to renew for two subsequent one year terms. This Resolution will allow the firms to renew for the first one year renewal term under the same terms and conditions.
