Explanation:
The CRA identified the property at the old Fire Station #40 site, located on the east side of SR A1A between Nebraska and Nevada Streets as the site for a new parking garage.
A 304-space parking garage was designed by Joseph Kaller and Associates, Inc.
In R-BCRA-2017-27, the CRA Board awarded the construction management at risk contract to Kaufman Lynn Construction Inc. to construct the Nevada Street Parking Garage.
In order for Kaufman Lynn Construction to obtain building permit through the City of Hollywood Building Department, there are permit fees to be paid.
The permit fees shall be in an amount not to exceed $325,000.00.
Funding for this project is available in account 63.0116.16831.552.006301.
