Explanation:
The CRA Board has its regular scheduled meetings on the first Wednesday of each month.
In light of scheduling conflicts, various CRA Board meetings will be changed to allow greater flexibility to the CRA Board, staff and residents.
CRA staff requests the date of the regularly scheduled CRA Board Meeting on Wednesday, July 4, 2018 to be changed to Tuesday, July 3, 2018; and the date of the regular CRA Board meeting on Wednesday, January 2, 2019 shall be changed to Wednesday, January 16, 2019.
Therefore, regular meetings of the CRA Board shall, unless otherwise provided by Resolution, be held on the first Wednesday of each month.
