Explanation:
On August 30, 2017, the City Commission passed Ordinance No. O-2017-13, which created the Emerald Hills Safety Enhancement District to create an Emerald Hills Safety Enhancement Board of Supervisors (the “District Board”).
Ordinance No. O-2017-13 established the number of members and criteria for membership. The Emerald Hills Safety Enhancement Board will consist of five (5) members. The members shall be owners of real property with the District throughout their terms.
