Explanation:
On October 21, 2015 the City Commission passed and adopted regulations for a Vacation Rental License Program with the City of Hollywood. An application fee of $200.00 and a renewal fee of $150.00 were established.
Since implementation of the Vacation Rental License Program, City staff has been impacted by an increased demand to manage and enforce the program. In order to address costed associated with increased administration and enforcement an adjustment to the Vacation Rental License Application fee and Renewal fee are recommended.
