Explanation:

The City of Hollywood, Florida ("the City") has provided fire protection and rescue services to the Hollywood Seminole Indian Reservation since February 1997.

The Seminole Tribe of Florida (Tribe) desires to have the City continue to provide the services described herein to the Hollywood Seminole Indian Reservation. However, the proposed first amendment changes the renewal period form a five (5) year renewal to a three (3) renewal.
