Explanation:

On February 17, 2016, the City Commission passed and adopted Resolution No. R-2016-33 which authorized the execution of a Rooftop Access Agreement between the City and North Beach Condominium Association, Inc. for the purpose of the installing, operating and maintaining the City’s communication equipment for its CCTV project

 

As part of the agreement, Exhibit “A” generally depicted the location of the equipment and now the parties desire to update Exhibit “A” as the equipment has been installed.

 

The Police Chief recommends that the City Commission approve and authorize the execution of the attached First Amendment to the Rooftop Agreement.
