Explanation:
The Police Department is requesting City Commission authorization to accept if awarded Walmart Community Grant Program 2017 grant funds from Walmart Foundation. Walmart Community Grant Program grant funds are available to law enforcement agencies interested in pursuing community programs in their respective communities. If awarded, the Police Department is seeking Walmart Community Grant Program 2017 grant funds to defray the cost of the Hollywood Police Department Programming, such as Holiday Shop with a Cop.
