Explanation:
The Lift Station A-5 has served Carriage Hills Condominium Association for more than 30 years and is approaching its end of life cycle.
The existing Lift Station A-5 needs to be upgraded to the new lift station standard in a 25 feet by 35 feet area.
The Carriage Hills Condominium Association, Inc. has agreed to execute the attached two (2) Easements (Exhibits A and B) to provide for the necessary interests in favor of the City to install, operate, and maintain the new Lift Station.
To complete the transfer of rights from the granting parties to the City, the City Commission must formally accept such Easements.
The Administration recommends that the City Commission authorize the appropriate City Officials to accept and execute the attached two (2) Easements (Exhibits A and B), for the upgrade of the Sewage Lift Station A-5 located at 333 Briarwood Circle from the Carriage Hills Condominium Association, Inc.
