Explanation:
The CRA Board passed Resolution, No. R-CRA 2017-05 authorizing the appropriate CRA official to negotiate and execute a contract with the highest ranked firm selected to provide architectural and engineering services for twenty (20) lifeguard towers.
CPZ Architects was the highest ranked firm and have proceeded to develop schematic design options for the lifeguard towers and first aid stations.
CPZ Architects has proposed two options, The “Boomerang” (Option A) and “The Surfboard” (Option B), one of which will be selected by the CRA Board to be used for the creation of construction documents for the towers.
