Explanation:
The current AAAC now consists of 13 members and three (3) alternates.
Members of the AAAC must reside or work in the City of Hollywood, be of African American descent, and/or have extensive knowledge and interest in the African American community.
Currently there are seven (7) vacant member vacancies on the AAAC and three (3) vacant alternate positions.
