Explanation:

Due to vacancy, resignations and expiring terms, there are nine (9) vacancies on the Green Team Advisory Committee, with three (3) in the Business category and six (6) in the Citywide category.   

In the last few months, the Green Team has been unable to take action due to lack of a quorum and recommends that the number of members be reduced to from Eighteen (18) to Thirteen (13).

With the reduction of members, there will be no vacancies in the Business category and five (5) vacancies in the Citywide category.
