Body

Staff Recommends: Approval of the attached Resolution.

Explanation:

The City of Hollywood (“City”) and the Hollywood Community Redevelopment Agency (the “Applicants”) jointly submitted an application (14-DPSV-102a) to amend the previously approved Design and Site Plan for the public parking garage, located at 327 Nebraska Street. The amendments include an additional ingress/egress off of Nevada Street, reconfiguration of vehicular circulation, and removal of the retail uses and hanging planters.

Staff finds the proposed project consistent with the Criteria set forth by the Zoning and Land Development Regulations as well as the City-Wide Master Plan and therefore recommends approval.
