Explanation:
The Employment Agreement between Jeffrey P. Sheffel and the City of Hollywood provides for annual evaluations of his performance as City Attorney. Based on said evaluation, the City Commission may decide to amend the Employment Agreement between Jeffrey P. Sheffel and the City.
