Explanation:
Chapter 103 of the Code of Ordinances establishes Parks and Recreation regulations and procedures within the City of Hollywood.
The City Commission wishes to amend the Code of Ordinances to permit revisions to Chapter 103 regarding prohibited activities.
The City Commission has reviewed the purposed amendment to Chapter 103 and has determined that it is in the best interest of the citizens of Hollywood to amend.
