Explanation:
Chapter 99 of the Code of Ordinances establishes Municipal Beach regulations and procedures within the City of Hollywood.
The City Commission wishes to amend the Code of Ordinances to permit revisions to Chapter 99 regarding prohibited activities upon Hollywood Beach.
The City Commission has reviewed the purposed amendment to Chapter 99 and has determined that it is in the best interest of the citizens of Hollywood to amend.
