Explanation:
Little Giants Academy, Inc. proposes to operate a daycare center at 2710 Van Buren Street. The Planning and Development Board previously granted a Special Exception (Resolution No. 12-S-08) allowing this type of operation if the Applicant submits a lease agreement for three (3) off-site parking spaces within seven hundred feet (700’) of the daycare center.
The Parking Division of Development Services has available spaces at the parking lot located at 2717 Van Buren Street and agrees with the terms of the lease.
