Explanation:
Pulice Land Surveyors, Inc., acting on behalf of the owner, Hollywood State Road 7 LLC, has submitted application P-16-06 for review and approval of a subdivision plat to be known as the “Nelly’s Corner” Plat, as described in Exhibit “A” attached.
The owner has initiated development approvals on the property to construct a new 4500 SF bank facility. Article 6 of the City’s Zoning and Land Development Regulations requires that plats be submitted to the City Commission for consideration of approval, and the City’s Subdivision Review Committee has reviewed the proposed plat application P-16-06 and determined it to be consistent with code requirements, and therefore, recommends its approval.
