Explanation:
This Resolution, to amend the Quasi-Judicial Procedures Policy to reduce the submittal deadline for Intervener Applications from eight calendar days to three calendar days, prior to the public hearing, is a companion item to an Ordinance (14-T-59) revising the public notice requirements. In an effort to not duplicate information, all information is provided with the companion item.
