Explanation:

The City of Hollywood Code of Ordinances sets forth guidelines and regulations relating to parking and currently Section 72.158 authorizes the permitted use of spaces for valet parking.

 

The Department of Development Services has determined it is necessary to amend Section 72.158 in order to authorize the addition of fees and provisions required as part of a right-of-way lease agreement with the Florida Department of Transportation.
