Explanation:
The City of Hollywood has determined that there is an important public purpose for appropriating funds to Florida Boys and Girls Clubs, including but not limited to the provision of educational, recreational, cultural, after school, summer enrichment and social programs for low and moderate income youth and supports the Florida Alliance of Boys and Girls Clubs request for state funding.
