Explanation:
The Department of Development Services, Community Development Division, requires a pool of qualified contractors to provide housing rehabilitation/repair services in conjunction with the City's Housing Rehabilitation Program, which is funded using Home Investment Partnership (HOME), State of Florida Housing Initiatives Partnership Program (SHIP) and the Department of Housing and Urban Development Community Development Black Grant (CDBG) funds in an estimated amount up to $1,654,289.00.
On August 8, 2016, Request for Qualifications (RFQ) Number RFQ-4524-16-RL was electronically advertised via BidSync in accordance with the City's Purchasing Ordinance, Section 38.42(A).
RFQ-4524-16-RL was opened at 3:00 p.m., on Tuesday, August 30, 2016, which resulted in responses from the following seventeen (17) proposers:
