Explanation:

On April 20, 2016, staff was directed to move forward a community request to install an ocean-themed mural on the barrier wall adjacent to the northern side of Sheridan Street, just east of I-95. Staff has submitted the project request to the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT). This resolution seeks conceptual approval for the mural to be installed on the wall north of Sheridan Street, east of I-95 in FDOT right of way. The adjacent neighbors have pledged to raise the funds necessary to install the mural.
