Explanation:

Certain routine and periodic budgetary adjustments and transfers continue to be appropriate and necessary during the Fiscal Year.

The proposed amendment allocates funds related to capital projects.  Funds are available from closed or delayed projects to address current obligations and needs.

This item addresses the following:

•                     Funding for the generator at City Hall

•                     Citywide transportation improvements

•                     Street lighting Infrastructure Replacements
