Title

A Resolution Of The Hollywood, Florida, Community Redevelopment Agency (“CRA”), Approving And Authorizing The Appropriate CRA Officials To Execute The Attached First Amendment To The Vehicle Lease Agreement Between The CRA And Mydatt Services, Inc. d/b/a Block By Block.

Body

Staff Recommends: Approval Of The Attached Agreement

Explanation:

On November 6, 2014, via Resolution DCRA-2014-57, the Hollywood, Florida Community Redevelopment Agency entered into an agreement with Mydatt Services, Inc. d/b/a Block By Block for a Supplemental Maintenance Program (the “Agreement”).

On July 8, 2015, via Resolution DCRA-2015-34, the CRA and Mydatt Services, Inc. entered into a Vehicle Lease agreement in furtherance of the responsibilities under the Agreement.

However, the vehicle that is covered under the terms of the current lease agreement is no longer functional and has been pulled from service.  As a result, the CRA has secured a replacement vehicle to be leased to Mydatt Services, Inc. under the same terms and conditions.
