Explanation:
Pulice Land Surveyors, Inc., acting on behalf of the owner, 3080 Sheridan Partnership, LTD., has submitted application P-16-03 for review and approval of a perimeter plat to be known as the “3080 Sheridan Warehouse” Plat, as described in Exhibit “A” attached as Exhibit “A”
The Owner completed approvals on the property to demolish the old Rinker Concrete Site, and has initiated development approvals on the property to construct a new warehouse facility. Article 6 of the City’s Zoning and Land Development Regulations requires that plats be submitted to the City Commission for consideration of approval, and the City’s Subdivision Review Committee has reviewed the proposed plat application P-16-03 and determined it to be consistent with code requirements, and therefore, recommends its approval.
