(“JCD”), And Nikki’s On The Green, Inc., For The Operation Of Food And Beverage Services At Orangebrook Golf And Country Club To Coincide With The Existing Management Agreement Between The City And JCD.

Staff Recommends:  Approval of the Attached Resolution.

 

Explanation:

On July 6, 2016, the City Commission passed and adopted Resolution No. R-2016-198 extending the existing management agreement with JCD for an additional two (2) year period with an option to renew for a two (2) year period in order to continue the operation of the Orangebrook Golf and Country Club.

 

On August 26, 2015, the City Commission passed and adopted Resolution No. R-2015-245 which approved the final one year extension of the sublease agreement between JCD and Nikki’s on the Green, Inc. for the operation of food and beverage services at Orangebrook Golf and Country Club.

 

The current sublease expires on September 30, 2016, however, JCD and Nikki’s desire to extend the agreement beginning October 1, 2016 through September 30, 2018 under the same terms and conditions as set forth in the August 10, 2011 agreement and as amended in 2014 with the contract payments to be $4,000.00 for October and November and $5,000.00 per month from December through April and $4,000.00 per month from May through September to coincide with the Management Agreement between the City and JCD.
