Shiv Newaldass, Chief Development Officer, will provide a presentation to update the City Commission as to the status of a policy change related to Sidewalk Cafés and Other Commercial End-Uses within Public Right-of-Way controlled by the Florida Department of Transportation, the implications these changes have to our Sidewalk Café Ordinance, and to our local businesses that have sidewalk café tables in the affected area.
