Explanation:

The City of Hollywood is a partner in the Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) program, Florida Green Finance Authority (FGFA). FGFA is seeking a 2^nd Amendment to the Interlocal Agreement. These amendments include updating the Board of Supervisors’ structure, providing for more flexibility in establishing a quorum, and changing the program name.
