Explanation:
This resolution will rescind R-2016-099 relating to the imposition of a one-cent infrastructure sales surtax upon voter approval and authorize the execution of an InterLocal Agreement which proposes a compromise position of a 30-year, one-cent sales surtax (one-half cent infrastructure sales surtax and one-half cent countywide transportation system sales surtax).
