Explanation:
Shiv Newaldass, Chief Development Officer, will provide a presentation to update the City Commission as to the status of redevelopment opportunities such as University Station, 1203 N. Federal Highway, Adams Street and the Park Road Site. An update will also be provided to the City Commission on the Washington Industrial Park and the RAC Rezoning efforts.
