Jorge Camejo, Executive Director, along with Susan Goldberg, Deputy Director and representatives from Kimley-Horn, will present an update on Phase II of the Downtown Master Plan.
The Downtown CRA 5-Year Capital Improvement Program was approved by the Board in September 2015. The Downtown Master Plan examines the implementation of phased infrastructure improvements in Downtown Hollywood in conformance with the approved CIP. CRA staff and the CRA’s Consultant, Kimley-Horn have been working on the design details for this master plan to enhance and improve the aesthetics of public space along Hollywood Boulevard, Harrison St. and Tyler Street; eliminate visual slum and blight; and act as a catalyst for downtown economic redevelopment. The CRA’s consultant, Mr. Bill Waddill, ASLA, AICP, Senior Vice President at Kimley-Horn and Associates, will give a presentation on Phase II of the Downtown Master Plan including design and cost estimate details.
