Explanation:
The Department of Public Works requires an agreement for the Purchase and Turnkey Installation of a Modular Double Wide Unit to be utilized as office, break room and shower room space for the Beach Maintenance Division which is being relocated to the Hollywood Bridge Parking Lot.
The Department of Public Works/Engineering Support Services specified that their prime interest is to purchase a newly manufactured Modular Double Wide Unit meeting the City's requirements.
On April 5, 2016, Bid Number F-4506-16-RD was electronically advertised via BidSync in accordance with the City's Purchasing Ordinance, Section 38.42(A).
Twenty eight (28) vendors viewed the bid issued via BidSync and nine (9) vendors downloaded the bid package.
F-4506-16-RD was opened at 3:00 p.m. on April 21, 2016, and resulted in the following one (1) response:

The Procurement Services Division and the Department of Public Works/Engineering Support Services evaluated the bid submitted for bid requirement compliance and unit specifications.
Advanced Modular Structures, Inc. was determined to be the lowest responsive, responsible bidder.
A check of the bidders references indicate that Advanced Modular Structures, Inc. is capable of satisfactorily meeting all bid requirements.
