Explanation:
The City of Hollywood adopted resolution R-2015-223 approving agreements for the lease/purchase and maintenance of a unified communications system. The escrow agreement required that only the Mayor and specifically the current Mayor could represent the City and sign for the monthly escrow amounts and draws. This resolution seeks to avoid having to burden the Mayor with monthly requests and instead authorize the Director of Financial Services or his/her designee to perform this task.
